# BEAT IT MuleSoft learning bundles

## Bundle prices
- **Developer bundle: $499** — Developer Level 1 and production-focused Developer Level 2, with the existing implementation, integration, delivery and support courses.
- **Architect bundle: $1,299** — Integration Architect and Application Network Architect focus areas, including shared Developer preparation.
- **Free foundations** — the Computer Workspace, Networks/APIs/Data, and Tools/Security/Teamwork courses. Git, GitHub, Postman / REST Client, safe setup and beginner team practices are included here without a bundle purchase.

These are BEAT IT bundle list prices, not Salesforce course or exam fees. Individual existing course offers are separate; the bundles include the listed course sets. The existing MuleSoft launch/payment hold remains until the required release checks are completed. Price changes do not remove existing buyers' access or reinterpret their recorded results.

## One foundation, then production depth
Developer 1 and Developer 2 share core concepts. They should not be two copies of the same introduction.

| Stage | BEAT IT emphasis | Shared resource reference |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Free beginner foundation | Workspace, HTTP/data basics, Git, Postman, safe access and useful error reports | BEAT IT original foundation exercises and local mock |
| Developer Level 1 | API contracts, Mule events and flows, basic mappings, connectors, validation and debugging | DEX401 — Development Fundamentals |
| Developer Level 2: development practices | Modular design, secure configuration, MUnit and other test evidence, repeatable builds, managed parent/child POMs, CI/CD, promotion, rollback and operational handoff | DEX660 — Production-Ready Development Practices |
| Developer Level 2: integrations | Distributed API calls, asynchronous messaging, validation, orchestration, persistence/caching, reusable components, bounded retries, replay and reconciliation | DEX670 — Production-Ready Integrations; recorded Mimeo package review |
| Integration Architect | Integration boundaries, measurable requirements, consistency and failure patterns, architecture decisions and solution defense | ARC730 — Integration Solutions; recorded Mimeo package review |
| Application Network Architect | Application-network strategy, reuse/governance, identity/security boundaries, platform topology, reliability, capacity and operations | ARC720 — Application Networks; recorded Mimeo package review |

The same original BEAT IT Store case supports progressively stronger evidence. L1 demonstrates a bounded implementation. L2 must additionally address behavior under invalid input, dependency failure, duplicate/replayed work, security restrictions, automated test failures and delivery/recovery conditions. An architecture decision must explain system-wide consequences and operational ownership.

## Evidence expected at each stage
1. **L1:** contract/examples, event and mapping traces, an implementation or clearly labeled local mock, positive/negative checks, a reproducible debugging note.
2. **L2:** reusable components, dependency/failure matrix, replay/idempotency rules, validation and persistence decisions, real test output where executed, immutable release identity, configuration/secrets plan, monitored rollout and rollback checks.
3. **Integration Architect:** context and sequence diagrams, ownership, requirements, pattern alternatives, consistency/compensation/reconciliation decisions and defended ADRs.
4. **Application Network Architect:** application-network landscape, reuse and governance standards, platform trust/topology, capacity/SLO and recovery models, exception process and operating model.

Keep paper design, local Python/mock execution, Mule/DataWeave/MUnit execution, Jenkins, Exchange and actual CloudHub deployment as separate evidence states. A production-focused syllabus is not proof of a production deployment. Existing knowledge assessments, practical review requirements, certificates and entitlement course sets remain intact.

On November 3, 2026, all five available Mimeo libraries and eight course folders were checked. All 2,220 accessible text pages in eight DEX480, DEX670, ARC720 and ARC730 slide/manual guides were subsequently reviewed. Full DEX401 and DEX660 guides were not found. Vendor resources are not republished; the lessons use original BEAT IT cases. Text review is distinct from visual inspection of every diagram and actual lab execution.

## Original investigations
[Open 32 production and architecture investigations](/resources/mulesoft/production-architecture-investigations.md). These are embedded in exact existing readings and include guided decisions, concrete fixtures, expected results, changed inputs and evidence requirements. Added coverage includes transaction rollback, durable acknowledgment, watermark recovery, token caching, mutual TLS, typed transformation failures, route ownership, state survival, network sizing, SLOs, release packaging and consumer migration. Graded section and question identities remain intact.

## Expanded resource review status
Eight guides have complete accessible text review. DEX670 and DataWeave ZIP structures were inspected without execution. The large ARC730 ZIP was not available locally. Missing guide sections and historical platform differences are recorded in the workbook. Mule/DataWeave/MUnit, Jenkins, Exchange and actual CloudHub deployment results must be supplied from a compatible sandbox before calling those exercises runtime-verified.
